Hi All

As Always, The news at DiveXsite is as definitely Xciting

Over the past few months we have been very busy exploring new dive sites, running courses and getting the shop up to speed so that it may serve you better.  We have several new ranges of stock items and an area for discounted items, you will be surprised at the bargains you can get.

As a result, we now have a shop that looks great and jam packed with loads of specials. We have new courses running to suit everyone and a facility that has better parking, a larger classroom, and heaps more shop space! Do come in and why not take a tour of the new and improved DiveXsite shop and training facility!

To give you a taste of what's to come, we'll soon be running a whole bunch of new and exciting courses. After the success of the first Cave course, DiveXsite will be running another in December/ January with a Cave Diving trip planned for Mt. Gambier in late March.  The Deep Cave portion of the course can be completed here in Brisbane and the Cave Course can be completed in Mt. Gambier on some fascinating and wonderful sites, very exciting.

DiveXsite now has a permanent, Brisbane Based, GUE Instructor; we can now offer a better option for GUE courses. These courses start at the open water diver level and continue on into the Fundamentals and Technical Extended Range Courses. Our Next Course starts in 4 weeks, please contact us for further details if you are interested.

We have all the speciality courses running and we will work on your time frame, you just need to let us know.

Complete your SSI Advanced Diver Course on a Big Cat weekend and pay just $700 for the course.

Speciality programs- Along with our regular speciality programs of Deep, Night, Navigation, Nitrox, Wreck, we will be running a few new programs, the Solo Diver, Gas Blender, Equipment Techniques, are ready to go now with our own Digital Photograph speciality starting in November! Our resident camera buff Christoph will be running this course.There is a lot of very useful information in this course, with plenty of hands on help.

Its Back - Starting Now and running till the end of the year we have our own Master Diver Challenge.  Complete 4 specialities and the stress and rescue course and you will become a master diver. For completing the challenge we will give you a nice new Master Diver Certification Card, a T shirt, and a diver's patch. Want to know more please email or call the shop.

Other than new courses, we have a fantastic range of trips coming up, local, interstate and overseas. October, November and December are full of weekend trips and day trips.

Ocean Cat Free Tickets

Book onto an Ocean Cat trip and you also receive a free ticket. The more you spend the more chances you have to win. The prize draw will run for 2 months and finish end of November. Usual cost of the trip is $175 for 2 dives.  Drawn on the BBQ Night December 2^nd.

Not to forget - our Monthly BBQ nights (first Wednesday of each Month) are another great way of staying posted on what's happening. Our next BBQ night is on Wednesday 4^th November and we will have a short movie presentation from Tony Munday who just got back from our PNG trip. For catering purposes we will need to know if you are coming along. See you there!

Recent Diver Qualifications:

We are proud to congratulate 5 divers who successfully completed their Deep Cavern and Cave courses, 3 divers who completed their GUE DIR Fundamentals course, 26 new openwater divers, 24 new specialty divers, 18 advanced divers,2 new dive controller specialists, 1 new instructor and probably a few others in there to I have forgotten, sorry and congrats again.
