2009

Welcome to a new exciting year!

Together, we all had an amazing 2008 and 2009 is looking better already.

During 2008 we saw many of our divers reach new goals and achieve a higher standard of diving excellence and In 2009 DiveXsite will be striving to continue these high standards and successes for you our diver.

We have already employed 2 new instructors and we also have 2 new instructors and 3 new dive controller specialists in training. These new staff members will enable us to provide you with continued success, greater knowledge and safer dives during our trips.

Speaking of 2009, January is one of the busiest times for us with open water courses starting every weekend. This means there will be boat trips every weekend and further trips during the months to follow for specialty courses and advanced divers.

We also have “out of the ordinary” Specialised dive trips being organised for specific DiveXsite events. Continuing on that note we will be conducting more day trips to Byron Bay, more “Advanced diver” and “Tech diver” trips, Weekend Away trips to Wolf Rock, Straddie, 1770, Nelson Bay and more.
The first of our “out of the ordinary” Specialised dive trips is on Valentine’s Day with a dive trip for couples. This trip will include a champagne lunch and strawberries with dessert.

2009 also sees us going to Santo, Solomon’s, and Papua New Guinea for our overseas trips and some unusual specialty dive courses. Unusual?? Would cave diving, solo diving and dry suit diving interest you? These are just a few of the new and exciting courses running during 2009.

I hate to mention it now but plans are being set for an overseas trip in 2010 to Mexico to dive the reefs and caves over there. Yep 2010

No matter if you are the serious diver who loves adventure and thrills or just the fun diver who prefers the shore dives and boats dives here, DiveXsite will have something for you in 2009.
